DepEd Cam Sur and TESDA: Training of Trainers
The DepEd Division of Camarines Sur in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has conducted a Training for Trainers Methodology Level I (TM) at the (TESDA) Regional Training Center, San Jose, Pilli, Camarines Sur last May 15 to June 4, 2013. This is in preparation to the full implementation of the K to 12 Programs in order to equip with appropriate knowledge and skills those teachers who will handle basic technical courses.

A Mass training for all the Grade 2 Teachers in Public Elementary School in the Division of Camarines will start on May 27 up to May 31, 2013. 6 venues in Camarines Sur are utilize to facilitate the conduct of the Division Training for all these teachers one at Regent Hotel, Starview Hotel, CBD Hotel, Villa Caceres Hotel, Macagang Hotel and Regal Plaza Hotel. BRIGADA ESKWELA 2013 formally started
Brigada Eskwela 2013 in the Division of Camarine Sur was simultaneously done in all public schools last May 20, 2013 to present. The said activity was also monitored by USEC Mario A. Deriquito in-charge for Partnership and External Linkages of the DepEd and Orfelina O Tuy the Regional Director of Region V. SCHOOL OPENING ADVISORY
TO: All PSDS, Elementary & Secondary School Heads of the Division of Cam Sur The Department of Education, in close coordination with other agencies and the local communities, has been ensuring the safety and security of our school children, most specially on opening of classes on June 3, when heavy influx of students and non-students alike are expected in schools. In line with the opening of classes, DepEd is directing all school heads across the country to invite officials and members of the local communities to join the flag raising ceremonies of their respective schools, to provide security assistance and to promote unity in the local community. -DepEd Communications Unit HOT Info: Division Cashier Section. Approximately 1,600 new teachers to deploy in the different public schools in the division of Camarines Sur this school year 2013-2014. Pictures below are just some of the staggered oath taking of the newly-hired teachers conducted inside the office of the SDS. It is expected that newly-hired teachers are "fit as a fiddle" when they start teaching this year.

DepEd Cam. Sur Superman Celebrates his Golden Year
Dr. Gilbert T. Sadsad, SDS of Camarines Sur celebrated his golden birthday last February 15, 2013. DepEd personnel in the Division Office gave him a surprise party called "mañanita" a day before his birthday. When the SDS entered the office, he was amazed to see lots of colorful balloons and bountiful food on the table. The three beautiful assistant schools division superintendents together with other division chiefs sang few selected kundiman songs that started the day of the SDS with smile.
After the short tribute, everyone shared the sumptuous food and drinks. Everyone was also eager to have souvenir pictures taken with the Cam Sur division's Sir Chief. The division deped website writers learned that...click here for more... |

DEPED CAMSUR BAGS CHAMPIONSHIP TO PALARONG BIKOL 2013
DEPED Cam Sur bagged the over-all championship on the recently concluded Palarong Bikol 2013 held in Catanduanes last Feb. 29 - March 1, 2013 after gathering the highest number of points in almost all the categories.The
team garnered the 570.59 points; with 228 points for elementary girls and boys
and 265 points for the secondary girls and boys.

Number System: New Innovation in the Division of Camarines Sur
Another innovation in the division office is the putting up of the new system in the receiving and releasing area is the Number System. Its main purpose is to make the client becomes more organize and systematic when transacting to the different sections and units in the office. Pandemonium in the said area was always the reason why there were client frowned in the system of the office in terms of accepting and releasing the documents. With the approval of the Schools Division Superintendent Gilbert T. Sadsad and the idea from the IT Section, the system was implemented last April and has gained a lot of praises from the client. 5.10.13 philip SDS of Cam Sur impersonates by someone else in the Facebook
SDS Gilbert T. Sadsad was very disappointed when he learned that somebody creates a facebook account on his name or simply an impostor is trying to pretend that he is the SDS of Camarines Sur. "I never created any facebook account" the SDS said when asked about the existing facebook account. The said fake account invites some of the deped personnel in the division of Camarines Sur (even the writer of this article was also invited as friend). It was a real fake account of the SDS because even the information of the SDS were not the real information given.
Anybody who wants to invite the SDS to become friend on facebook, you are being warned that the account existing in the facebook is a FAKE account and we are now trying to track down the impostor using the SDS's identity. -philip 4.17.13 DepEd Cam. The Demo-Conference on DTR System has commenced today March 5, 2013. Guided by Division Memo #43, s. 2012 in relation to DepEd's target of improving the agency's internal efficiency through the development of an improved system and procedures in implementing DepEd Programs and Projects for Modernization of its operations as mentioned in DEpEd order No. 24, s. 2010 wherein which Deped Camarines Sur pilots the utilization and implementation of the DTR System. ...click here for more All Division Office employees divided into 6 batches are requested to attend the orientation seminar in utilizing the 10 in 1 Digital Scholastic Information Management System at the ALS Building, with 2 hours per batch on March 5 and 7.
